Hello! My name is Anna Strawn and I am a Junior at Auburn University. I will graduate in the Fall of 2019 with a degree in Communication and a minor in Leadership. I grew up in a small town outside of Atlanta, Georgia, but through many trips to Auburn to visit my sister and go to football games, this amazing school and college town quickly stole my heart. When it came time for me to go to college, the decision was easy. I moved here in 2016 to start class as a Freshman and become a true Auburn Tiger.
WHY I CHOSE COMMUNICATION
I chose Communication because it enabled me to develop a broad set of skills that will be an asset to me no matter where my professional career takes me after college. I have loved gaining a countless number of skills during my studies at Auburn. I’ve grown to love thought-provoking projects and tasks. I thrive on challenges, new ideas, hard work, and relationships. I have had the opportunity to put my skill set to work in my studies, volunteer opportunities, jobs, and friendships. I love problem-solving and am quick to learn anything that is computer related.
WHAT I LOVE
I have a passion for traveling, staying active and serving others and I am intentional about making these things a part of my daily life. I love spending time with my precious family and incredible friends. I seek to serve in any capacity that I can and placing an importance on community has always been a priority. The journey of life isn’t meant to be done alone.
I hope you enjoyed getting to know a little about me. If you are interested in meeting in person, please contact me through my “contact me” page!
